Company formation

A company can be set up remotely with an electronic signature or through a notary.

Formation takes from 3 days electronically and up to 2–4 weeks through a notary, depending on the structure of the future company. Once the company is registered, you will receive a standard package of electronic documents:

• Articles of association / regulations
• Deed of incorporation / founding agreement
• Extract from the Register of Legal Entities (ESI)
• Extracts of shareholders and beneficial owners (JADIS, JANGIS)

We can provide a registered address for your company for an additional fee.

Company conversion

Converting a company requires a visit to a notary.

Conversion takes 3 to 5 weeks, depending on your company's financial situation. We prepare the necessary powers of attorney, the decision and the new articles of association, arrange your notary appointment and can attend with you.

Once the new legal form is registered, you will receive a standard package of electronic documents:

• Articles of association / regulations
• Extract from the Register of Legal Entities (ESI)
• Extracts of shareholders and beneficial owners (JADIS, JANGIS)

Company liquidation

Liquidation can take from 4 to 12+ months, depending on your company's financial situation, whether financial statements have been filed on time, any debts, etc.

We prepare the necessary powers of attorney and decisions, register the company's liquidation status, recommend an accountant if you do not have one, prepare the documents for the archive and deregister the company with the State Enterprise Centre of Registers.

Once the company is deregistered, we provide an extract confirming the deregistered status of the legal entity.

We can also act as liquidator.

Migration services

Professional assistance in preparing documents for the Migration Department. We will help you put the document package together, check that it meets the current requirements of the Migration Department and avoid the most common mistakes that cause applications to be returned for correction.

We will help you obtain:

• A temporary residence permit in Lithuania
• A permanent residence permit in Lithuania
• We will complete and prepare the mediation letter

Trademark registration

Trademark assessment, consultation and filing of the application.

Trademark registration in Lithuania (State Patent Bureau of the Republic of Lithuania) and in the European Union (EUIPO).
